What is your return policy?
We are happy to help with any situation ♡. We accept returns sent back up to 7 days from your item’s delivery. Your request must be initiated thru Etsy messages and items are to be in mint condition with original packaging. Please note, a small restocking fee may apply and original shipping fees are non refundable.
When will my order ship out?
You can check your Etsy receipt for the estimated ship date. Simply go to your purchases and look for the receipt from our shop. Our turnaround estimates depend on the item you’d like to purchase which you can refer to below:
READY TO SHIP - These designs are ready to ship out 1 - 3 business days after your order is placed.
MADE TO ORDER - Takes about 10 - 12 business days (Monday - Friday) upon receiving all information. We carefully craft made-to-order pieces primarily by hand, so the creation process can take time.
