There are no refunds for buying the wrong model case - so double check your model in your settings before placing an order.
All cases are carefully quality checked. In the unlikely event, there is a defect (there was one last year) then just message and send a screenshot of your settings with your iPhone model and video / photos of the issue and I will happily remake it.
