What materials do you use, and is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Our jewelry is designed in Greece and crafted with carefully chosen materials and components we source; we pick the best quality. Most pieces are 18K gold-plated stainless steel (some 24K), with sparkling cubic zirconia crystals, glass, and natural pearls, and enamel detailing; the exact materials are listed on every item. Many pieces, especially our stainless steel, are hypoallergenic and ideal for sensitive skin, and our plated pieces use a nickel and lead-free base. If you have a metal allergy, just message us first, and we'll point you to the best options.

Do I need a piercing to wear your ear cuffs and faux piercings?

No piercing needed! Our ear cuffs and clip-on styles simply slide or hug onto the edge of your ear and grip gently in place, so you get the bold, sculptural look with no pain and zero commitment. They're perfect for building an ear stack, trying a new style, or gifting. Each listing explains exactly how that piece is worn and which ear it fits, so if you're ever unsure, just message us before ordering.

Will the gold fade or tarnish, and can I wear it in water?

Our pieces are built on a sturdy stainless steel base, so they won't rust, and the 18K gold plating is durable and long-lasting. Like all gold-plated jewelry, the finish stays its best when kept away from water, perfume, lotions, sweat, and friction — so we recommend taking it off before showering, swimming, or exercising. With a little care, the gold stays bright and beautiful for a long time.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Store each piece separately in a dry, airtight box or pouch so pieces don't rub together. Avoid perfume, lotions, and chemicals — put your jewelry on last when getting ready, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Remove it before sleeping, bathing, or physical activity to protect the gold finish.

What size are your rings? Are they adjustable?

Many of our rings are adjustable and fit a range of sizes, and our cuffs and bangles are open so you can gently shape them for a comfortable fit — this is noted in each listing, along with US sizes for fixed-size rings. Not sure of your size? Measure a ring you already own, or message us and we'll help you choose.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We make and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery after that:

USA: 7-12 business days (tracked, ELTA to USPS)
Germany: 2-4 business days
Europe: 3-6 business days
Rest of world: 6-12 business days
Need it sooner? Choose Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS, 1-3 days) at checkout and add your phone number in the note to seller. Free FedEx on orders over €280. Dates are estimates and can vary with carrier delays or holidays.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

For US orders, no; duties and taxes are fully covered, so there are no surprise fees at your door. Within the EU, there are no customs charges. For other countries outside the EU, any import duties set by your local customs are the buyer's responsibility, and we can't predict or control them.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Gift wrapping is available for a small extra cost — just select it before checkout, and you'll be able to preview the packaging. It's a lovely way to make your order feel extra special, whether it's a gift for someone or a treat for yourself.

Can I order a custom or personalized piece?

Absolutely — custom and personalized orders are welcome, including initial and letter necklaces. Use the "Request a custom order" button or send us a message with your idea (style, length, color, size, initials) and we'll let you know what's possible, with pricing and timing.

What is your return policy and how do I send something back?

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, in original condition, with the receipt. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is on the buyer, and we refund the item price; if it's our mistake, we cover everything (item + shipping). Use registered, tracked mail in a padded envelope, and — since returns from outside the EU clear Greek customs — please don't declare a high value or it may be held. Message us first, and we'll guide you. Refunds follow shortly after we receive and check the item.
