Due to the global situation, shipping is complicated.
We always ship via registered mail. You can find the tracking number next to your order status on the Etsy page. You will be also notified via mail.
Depending on a country, only some services might be available.
To USA and Canada, small items can be shipped via an airmail letter. Items heavier than 2kg can be shipped via naval mail only, which takes a considerable amount of time.
Please keep in mind even express service (EMS) might be delayed.

Please understand, once the parcel is shipped, we cannot control its movement or speed. We are also not responsible for any additional charges that might be imposed on you, like VAT or custom fees, for ex new EU VAT on parcels from outside of EU.

We accept suggestions and ideas about our products too. Currently, we do not accept complicated or express custom orders.

All items marked at checkoit as a gift will be wrapped in a nice wrapping paper, and will have added some postcards/stickers related to the bought item (for ex there will be a cat themed postcard attached to a skirt with a cat print), free of charge. We could also add a handwritten note,if you wish.

Normal orders are being wrapped in a plastic bag to protect from the elements. Usually there is a cloth bug repellent/protective patch added. It can be reused in your closet or a drawer. It lasts about 6months. There will be a white text showing once it is depleted.

Cotton and linen products can be washed in a washing machine, just as any other cotton/linen item. Using a washing net is recommended. These items can be ironed on mid to high setting.

Silk items will have a care instructions leaflet attached. Since most of our products are made of vintage fabric, in most cases only dry cleaning is recommended.
Silk items can be ironed on a mid setting, but please be extra careful.

Due to the change in EU law, all parcels from outside EU are subject of additional VAT and/or custom fees. Please check at your country post office website about the details. The amount you might pay may be substantial.

Etsy collects VAT for UK based buyers. These parcels will be marked with a special number indicating collection of VAT, so you won’t have to pay twice.
