Returns and exchange details
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange. We wouldn't want to take any chances with bags that might be packaging edibles. If in doubt about the size you need, we offer sample sizes of our products. Thanks for understanding.

All orders are triple-checked before shipping to ensure accuracy. But stuff happens and if we ever make a mistake, we will do whatever it takes to rectify the situation. Just let us know within 7 days of receipt of your package.
Payment
For your convenience we accept credit cards through Etsy's Direct Checkout.

If your state has passed a “marketplace facilitator law,” Etsy will collect and remit this tax on your purchase at checkout.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns for refund or exchange. We wouldn't want to take any chances with bags that might be packaging edibles. If in doubt about the size you need, we offer sample sizes of our products. Thanks for understanding.
Shipping
Please make sure your address is correct when placing an order. We ship to the address provided by the buyer and are not responsible for packages that are lost, refused, unclaimed or sent back to us because of incorrect addresses. If a package is returned, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.

If your order contains more than one item, they will be shipped together and excessive shipping costs will be reimbursed. If you place two or more different orders at the same time, they will be shipped separately.

We ship via United States Postal Service. An upgrade to Priority Mail is available during checkout. "Rush processing" is available here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/263069087/rush-order-processing-at-town-supply

Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping price. We can't tell you when you'll receive your package; once we hand it over to the USPS, we're no longer in control.
