The design hoop size is included in the description of each listing. The size indicated is the smallest hoop size and will fit in hoops larger than this size.

Yes! You may sell the finished products that you make using our designs. If our designs are going to appear on more then 100 items, please contact us to discuss a mass-scale production license.

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. Be sure to check your embroidery design collection prior to purchase to ensure you don’t already own the desired design and use care when ordering to avoid placing a double order.

Sometimes files get corrupted when getting converted or when downloading from Etsy's servers. Delete the corrupted file from your computer and re-download the file. If that doesn't correct the problem, please contact me so we can attempt to fix your problem. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

Detailed stitch charts, thread changes, instructions, etc. are not included with our basic designs unless stated in the description. Since most people will change the thread colors to suit their projects, we didn't feel it necessary to include the colors we used in the file. It is also assumed when purchasing our basic designs such as fill stitches and appliqué that you already know how to complete those techniques without step-by-step instruction.

Due to the electronic nature of the designs, we can not offer refunds. It is your responsibility to know if the design will fit inside your hoop. If you resize the design to fit your hoop we can not guarantee a quality stitch out. These are machine embroidery designs and are NOT a finished product that is for sale. You will need to have an embroidery machine to use the designs and make the products you see.

No you may not share it. Designs are priced for use by the purchaser ONLY. You MAY NOT recreate this file, combine with another file, claim to be your own, or share with anyone the digital embroidery design.

No. This is to prevent fraud or sharing of our designs with someone other then the purchaser. The digital files can be found within your Etsy account if you’ve created one. Please view this Etsy help article for information on how to download your purchased file.
