I had a bad experience with over seas orders dealing with these KPOP dolls before, and i decided to give it another go and order from here. As expected shipping is long, which had me concerned since I saw no movement from UPS in way of tracking, but all of a sudden I recieved the order today. communication was exceptional back and forth, quality of item is absolutely perfect and better than expected, and I will absolutely order again. Thank you so much for everything and now giving me a trusted source to order again from.

I ordered these dolls for my daughter's 5th birthday. She loves K Pop! They are so cute and the quality of them are amazing! Customer service was great as well!

The doll feels well-made. It has some weight to it, clean stitching, and fantastic details. I also want to say thank you to the seller. Due to a shipping mishap (no fault of the seller), we still had not received our order after almost a month. I reached out to the seller, and she immediately offered to refund or remake it. We chose to have her remake it. She had a new one in the mail for us within a couple of days, and she communicated clearly with me when it was on its way, provided the tracking number, and explained the shipping process so we knew what to expect. We had the new one within a week. Great customer service. My daughter is very happy with it, and feels it was worth the wait!

The quality is amazing, funny enough I was surprised you could take the pants and the shoes off haha, only regret and on my part is that I should have ordered it bigger. It is beautifully made, it is soft but sturdy, and perfect for a little girl like my sister in law. She loved it with everything in her little heart
