Hello! Welcome to our online store. We are TpotDesign, a group of 3 Portuguese artisans, mother, daughter and granddaughter, who live in this special corner that is the Algarve, in the south of Portugal.

Unfortunately, starting August 29th, shipments entering the US may be subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of the order value. Our product prices may include tariffs, duties, and fees. Sellers are not responsible for these additions, and buyers are responsible for paying any tariffs, duties, and fees.

Here you will find several handmade products, always made with a lot of love and dedication. The seams are in charge of Lila, the group seamstress. Homemade watercolors and pigments are the responsibility of Sarita, the marine biologist, illustrator, graphic designer and the founder of the store. The watercolor paintings and all digital art are made by Sarita and her daughter Sara, currently finishing her degree in communication design.

So far we are loving our experience at Etsy. Our clients have been fantastic and we take the time to thank them for their preference and support small local businesses.

We are a small, family, business still learning. Everything is handmade or digital made.

We aim to dispatch handmade items within 1-3 days however please allow for extra time. Especially the watercolors, which may require a little more time in the drying process. If you have any questions, please drop us a message.

Our shipping fees always includes a tracking number, for yours and ours comfort. This costs also tries to compensate the expenses we have with packaging and time spent in sourcing and hand painting tin labels, swatch cards and thank you notes, decorating and wrapping each pan and packing each parcel so that they arrive to you perfectly.

We are not responsible for any packages that get lost in the post. Sadly, once the packages are in the hands of the postal services it becomes their property to look after. We will of course do our best to help. We are unable to foresee when packages will arrive, especially for the United States where orders are (almost always) taking too long to arrive. In times of pandemic things are even more unpredictable. For any issues regarding your order after it has been shipped, please use the provided tracking numbers to assist in locating orders.

Returns are accepted (except fabric social masks) however only if items are unopened, unused and all in their original packaging. Buyers will be responsible for any return costs.
