How do I access my digital download after purchase?
After payment is confirmed, your files are available immediately.
Go to:
Etsy → Your Account → Purchases & Reviews → Download Files
You can access your files anytime from there.
I can’t access the journal — it says “Request access.” What do I do? ⭐
This is normal and an easy fix 👍
If your journal opens in view-only mode, you need to make your own copy:
1. Open the file
2. Click File → Make a copy
3. Save it to your own Google Drive
⚠️ Do not request access — access is intentionally disabled so everyone works from their own private copy.
Once copied, you’ll have full editing access.
Do I need a Google account to use these journals?
Yes.
Most tools are built in Google Sheets, which requires a free Google account to edit and save your copy.
Are these instant downloads or physical products?
All items in this shop are digital downloads unless clearly stated otherwise.
No physical item will be shipped.
Can I cancel or request a refund after making my purchase?
Once the order has entered production, cancellations and refunds are not accepted. Please review the production times listed in the images of each listing before making your purchase. Keep in mind that after two hours from the purchase, the order enters production, and no changes can be made.
Can I customize or edit the journal?
Yes — once you make your own copy, you’re free to customize it for personal use.
You may not resell, share, or redistribute the files.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not offered once files have been accessed.

Can i change my address after placing an order?
We only accept address changes within one hour of placing your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on your products?
Due to the nature of our products, which are made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives printed incorrectly, damaged, defective, or if the size is wrong due to our error (e.g., mislabeling). Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Important note: We cannot accept exchanges if you select the wrong model or size. Please ensure you choose the correct phone model or item size and carefully review the product details before making your purchase.
How long will it take for my product to arrive?
Our production and processing time typically takes 2 to 7 business days to prepare and ship your order. After that, USPS delivery generally takes 5 to 7 business days to reach you.
IMPORTANT: Once your package is handed over to the post office, the shipping time is in their hands, and delivery times may vary depending on external factors.
