I get so many messages asking about commissions/image use and licensing permissions per day/week that I have decided to no longer respond to them. Questions not related to actual items in my shop will be marked as spam. I am a print shop only, and I only sell prints (or tees, etc.) of illustrations I have already drawn. I am so sorry, but I do not offer international shipping with my Etsy. I only operate within the United States.

If you mark an item as a gift, I will wrap your order in tissue paper and include the message of your choice with the gift.

I package prints in cello sleeves with a cardboard backerboard and place in a rigid mailer. If you would prefer to have your print wrapped in a kraft brown paper sleeve, this eco-friendly option is available, just add a buyer's note!

As a reminder, I am a print shop only, and I do not offer framing services.

5x7 inch prints: These are borderless and can only be purchased in the available 6-pack sets.

8x10 Inch Prints: These come borderless and are printed full-bleed to the edges.

Bordered 11x14 Inch Prints: These are bordered prints with a 1-inch white border around the image as seen in mock-ups.

I do not sell bigger or smaller sizes than those listed above.

Once I have sent your order, I can no longer change your address. Please reach out if there is an issue with your address! For invalid addresses, I will message you. If I don't hear back in 24 hours, I will cancel your order.

To ensure longevity of print quality, keep behind glass, out of direct sunlight, and in an air controlled environment.

When removing your prints from their sleeves, please mind the adhesive tape strip on the cellophane sleeve so as not to damage your print.

I package your prints to prevent shipping damage with cardboard, cello sleeves, and rigid mailers. However, if your print is ever delivered creased, bent, torn, or damaged by water, please reach out with a photo of the front of the damaged print (and not just the packaging), and I will send you a replacement no problem.

I generally use a matte 300 gsm archival cotton rag paper for my prints and a smooth matte cardstock for my cards. If you want a semi-gloss for prints, just let me know.

My regular shipping schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday via USPS Ground Advantage, but check my shop announcements for deviations!

For orders over $100, I automatically ship via USPS Priority.

If two weeks have passed with no tracking updates on your order, please reach out, and I will resend!

I combine orders placed to the same address and use one tracking number.
