How long will it take for you to make my bible?

Roughly 5 business days.

That's a great question! Since every Transfigured Co. leather bible is handmade-to-order, there is a slightly longer processing time than you would expect to see from other businesses. That being said, it takes roughly 5 business days to fulfill an order. Then it will be shipped straight to your door. Depending on your location (and demand for the bibles), you should expect to receive your bible in about a week to two weeks.

How long does shipping take?

Depends on the method of shipping chosen at checkout and your location in the world.

All Free and Standard shipping domestic orders will be shipped with USPS Media Mail. If you are close to Houston, Texas, then you should get your order sooner. If not, it may take a day or two longer.

If you chose to upgrade, your order will be shipped through either USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express Mail (depending on your choice) and should arrive in 2-3 days or less than 2 days, respectively.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, except for personalized orders (unless there was a mistake on our part).

We offer 30-day returns on all of our products from the day of delivery. If you would like to return your order, please contact us through our email at TransfiguredCo@gmail.com with your order number and why you would like a return.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in its original condition, so it must not have highlights, notes, or significant scuff marks on the pages or cover.

Please note that personalized orders (ie. name engraving) are not eligible for refunds unless there was a mistake or error on the part of the seller. If so, we will work quickly to resolve the issue in a professional manner.

Can I place an order for a new bible that you do not carry?

Yes, we gladly accept custom orders.

Can you recover my old bible? It's getting pretty worn down.

Yes, of course!

We offer a simple and fast bible "transfiguration" or recovery service.

We accept new and well-used bibles as long as they meet our guidelines for restoration.

All well-used bibles will be reinforced with strong and durable bookbinding materials, then recovered with our full-grain leather.
