Order Preparation
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-3 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP.
Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count!
REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.
Shipping and Delivery time
It takes at least 7-11 business days for a package to arrive to Europe (to Italy and Spain it takes a little bit more), 3-5 business days to USA and Canada, 14-20 days to Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. To Australia, New Zealand - 10-14 business days.

If you need to receive our product as soon as possible there two other EXPRESS SHIPPING methods for that:
- First option takes 1-2 business days to USA ONLY for item to be delivered to you.
- Second option takes 3-5 business days WORLDWIDE for item to be delivered to you.
