I ordered the mug on a Tuesday and it was delivered on Friday!! 😳🤩 The seller, Terrianne, immediately messaged me for any clarifications on my design requests. This is very much appreciated. Product Information and Care for Dishwasher Safe Mugs

Address Change and Shipping Issues
If you submitted an order and it has not shipped, you can send a message requesting an updated address. I will gladly edit the shipping label to ensure your order is shipped to the correct location. If an order is returned, I will reach out and ask if the address provided at checkout was incorrect. If there was an incorrect address provided and you would like the order reshipped, it would require new postage covered by the customer.
Will the Shop Shorten the Processing Time?
All orders are created first-in first-out. Current processing times can be found in each listing. Business days are Monday through Friday. If you have any questions about the processing time to create your order, please reach out.
Order canceled - Why?
Reasons an order could be canceled:
- If I have not heard back on a question that needed to be answered in order to proceed. This is most common. For example, a long line will not fit as the customer hoped in their layout. I need time to process and make the order before the ship date arrives. I do not alter anything without approval. I do adjust the ship date to allow more time to hear back, but Etsy only allows a shop to do that one time.
- If you note you want a photo and never send one.
- You order one side of a mug, and note to make it two sided.
Mug Proofs
All orders are created and shipped without a preview. Previews are only sent when requested.
Can I use other languages?
The specialty fonts only recognize standard letters A-Z. Accents can be added to any language that uses A-Z. I am unable to use any other language for the specialty fonts shown. However, standard fonts do recognize multiple languages, so please reach out and I can let you know how your design it will look and what fonts are available.
Bulk Orders, can I get more than what is available?
I limit bulk orders to the amount shown in the listing. If you are purchasing a lot of different listings, and plan on a large bulk order, please reach out first to ensure the order can be done. The quantity varies based on what can be completed within the committed processing time listed. I commit to ship quality product on time. This limit ensures every order is delivered on time, and given the attention each order deserves.
Is there anything that you will not put on a mug where you pick the phrase?
I will not add blasphemy to a mug, or words that are the Lord's name in vain.
Will you call me when I leave my phone number with my order?
No, I will not call your personal phone number to discuss your order. All details are sent through a message here on the Etsy platform. It keeps all the details on the order, and prevents any miscommunication. I also do not give out my personal information for my own safety. I understand not everyone checks etsy messages, but if there is a dispute on an order, everything in writing helps both parties see and verify any mistakes or oversights on a request.
Are Mugs Lead Free, and what are the dimensions?
All mugs are lead-free, SGS, FDA & CA Prop 65 approved.
Sizes:
The 15 ounce mug is approximately: 4.5" H x 3.4" OD.
The 11 ounce mug is approximately: 3.7" H x 3.2" OD.
