Had just a labeling error with one of the socks, but it got straightened out immediately with a sincere apology. The response was very generous.

Care instructions
Alpaca wool is naturally dirt-repellent and therefore only needs to be washed occasionally. We recommend airing alpaca socks and other alpaca wool products well after wearing. If washing is necessary, gently hand wash or use a wool cycle at a maximum of 30 °C with a mild wool detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Lay flat to dry and do not tumble dry. This helps the wool stay soft, warm, and retain its shape for a long time.

We’re happy to wrap your order as a gift – perfect for various occasions. Our alpaca-themed gift wrapping is available for a small additional fee and can be personalized with a note upon request. Simply let us know your wishes when placing your order – we’ll do (almost) anything to make your gift extra special.
