1. If an order made wrongly by accident, please contact us before shipping process. We don't accept any cancellations on any items shipped out.

2. If damaged items receives, please contact us at soonest. For US customers no later than 30 days after purchase, and International customers no later than 60 days.

3. For returns on items not damaged, the return shipping charges will be on buyer's cost. We will issue the refund on the item value, but not including shipping charges. Please also make sure the item is in original condition.
