1 out of 5 starsI ordered Christmas chimes nov 4, 2022. I never received them. I waited until after Christmas to contact the seller, knowing that these things happen and USPS can be unreliable especially during the holidays. Although the order had been lost for over two months states away from me the seller would not give me a refund. I spent the past few weeks trying to come up with a solution. I finally submitted a claim to Etsy and received a refund almost immediately.

5 out of 5 starsI bought these bells as gift for my sons preschool teacher. She LOVED them and cant wait to have her students use them!!! The Quality is exceptional, the plaid case is very beautiful and well made. I Highly recommend these musical bells. The seller was helpful with all my questions. It arrived quickly and I will be back to purchase more music in the future : )
