There are no refunds or exchanges as each item is vintage and unique to its own. I do want you to be happy and will do my best to resolve any issue but you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item, otherwise I won't be able to assist you with any problems. If I am not contacted within 24 hours of you receiving the package of any problems then there will be no resolution on my part, as that is your responsibility to make me aware of any issues. You are buying vintage, and you must always keep that in mind and my descriptions are very accurate with no lies or cover up and you can shop with confidence.

I provide lay-a-way or partial payments for up to 6 weeks if you cannot afford to purchase all at once, just let me know ahead of time and we will work it out. Ask me for shipping discount when purchasing multiple items and I will adjust before your purchase. I try to always ship priority unless your shipping destination and weight of item causes parcel post shipping for cheaper rates for you. Just to let everyone know that postal rates have gone up, so if you see higher then what you think it should be that is the reason. The costs are to the moon for shipping according to destination.
