Do you really not accept returns?

In general I do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem of some sort with your order, ie; wrong color, a defect etc. I will most certainly make it right! Contact me and we'll figure out together, what course of action is best for you. Happy customers are my priority!

Care instructions

Wool blend felt will shrink if washed. Spot washing with a damp cloth is recommended but if your item becomes excessively soiled, hand washing in cold water, with a mild soap is best. Carefully squeeze out excess water and leave to air dry. Do not machine dry but expect some shrinkage even with air drying.

Due to the time involved in producing handmade items such as these, I do not offer wholesale.
