My tracking was marked as "delivered" but I still haven't received my package?

What to know/do:

• USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another 1-3 business days because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day or shortly thereafter.

• Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information.

• If the parcel does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim.

How long is shipping?

Since each of our items are made to order individually for each buyer, our typical processing time is 3-5 business days before shipment.

Can I return my order or get a refund?

Each item is made to order individually for each buyer, so we do not accept returns or cancellations 6 hours after a purchase is made. In the case that your item had a printing/manufacturing error, please send a clear photo and description of the fault and a case for a reprint will be opened.

I only received one item even though I ordered multiple items?

Sometimes items are shipped from different facilities so you may receive your items separately. Please contact us if you have any questions about your individual order.

What is the sizing like for these tees/sweatshirts?

Our apparel is unisex sized, so the fit is on the boxier side. We suggest going 2 or 3 sizes UP from your typical size for an oversized fit. If you are between sizes, we suggest going with the larger size.

The size chart is the most accurate way to determine the correct fit and can be found in the listing photos section.

All of our apparel is Gildan brand.

The location/"origin zip code" in my order tracking link is different than the location/zip code stated in the listing?

We work with different suppliers to create each item. Because we are only able to provide one "origin zip code" per item, sometimes your order may ship from a different zip code than the one you see in the listing.

Can I exchange the item I ordered for something else?

Yes, we do accept exchanges! If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ship your item back within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Both the new costs for the exchanged item and shipping to you are covered by us. We will issue your exchange order ASAP after receiving the returned package.

Missing/stolen packages:

Our shop is unable to reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, as the shipping process is out of our hands once the package has been transferred to the PO. Thank you for understanding!

Our process:

We work with a production partner to create each of our items. We create the designs for each item in our shop, and our production partner is responsible for printing, packaging, and shipping our items to each customer. Please note, all photos in our listings are taken by us. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about our process!

Printing method: We do direct-to-garment printing on all of our items. DTG is a printing method that sprays the ink onto the garment, which soaks into the fibers of the garment. It's like printing on paper, but on clothing. It is precise and produces high-quality results!
