4 out of 5 starsThe hat is exactly to my specifications on how I customized it. I just think the front of the hat is much more pointy along the front seam than pictured so that hat looks a little "off" to me. But it may also be that I am not used to this style of hat. Giving the quality 4 stars. My customer service was great with the seller. They assured me there was no defect, but the hat is stiff at the front to keep its shape.

How do I personalize my order?
You can add your custom text or name in the personalization box before checkout. Please double-check spelling and capitalization, as we embroider exactly as entered.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are custom embroidered and made to order, we do not accept exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We understand plans can change! You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.
If a design draft has already been created, a small design fee ($5–$10) may be deducted from your refund, depending on the complexity.
Please note: Once your order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
CAN I MODIFY THE DESIGN?
Yes! We offer design customization on a case-by-case basis.
