Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
All products are unique and produced to order, due to their nature we cannot accept returns however we will replace any faulty items.
- Every item is made to order.
- We supply a 30 day warranty for any faults that are not incurred by the customer. i.e misprints, or faulty fabric. Replacements are for the same product & design.
- We don't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind about the size or colour. (please check the size guide before ordering)
- We are not responsible for incorrect quantities ordered.
- We will replace any items that get lost, unless provided address is incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if you want a different size or colour, so please check the size guide before ordering.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
You have a window of 2 hours to cancel your order. After this your order is sent to production and we cannot edit or cancel in production orders.
My Order Hasn’t Arrived?
If your order has not been delivered in 30 calendar days (for domestic US or EU & UK orders) or in 45 calendar days (for international orders), please contact us within 1 week in order to be eligible for a replacement. Once this timeframe has passed, we can no longer make a lost item claim nor can we issue a replacement.
Lost Orders
If your order is lost in the post (this does unfortunately happen sometimes) and it is not the fault of the address, then we will issue a replacement order free of charge. No refunds are given for packages lost in the post. We issue replacements only. Please note we will only issue one replacement order.
My Item Arrived Faulty or Not as Expected
We supply a 30 day warranty on all items in our store. This warranty covers all faults that are not incurred by the customer. Please contact us detailing the issue, along with photographic evidence. (This just speeds up the process and removes the need for you to return anything). Please note, any replacements will be for the same product and same design.
