Payment

I accept PayPal payment in GBP British Pounds.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items, you can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Shipping

All shippings are made from Bristol in the United Kingdom.

Items will be shipped within 1-2 working days from receipt of payment, unless it is a custom order, which may take longer. In this case I will keep you informed about the progress of your item by e-mail and discuss every detail with you.

Unless you ask otherwise all UK purchases will be sent using Royal Mail First Class, and overseas it will be standard airmail. Depending on where you live, shipping times may vary. Within the UK, it should take around 1 working day, within the EU it should take around 3-5 working days and everywhere else it should take 5-7 days or longer.

I cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping nor for any custom charges or fees which may incur. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I always ensure that items are packaged in a secure and suitable way, if there is any problem at all with your product please do let me know and I will try my very best to help and rectify it.

Depending on the request, I am more than happy to take commissions, just e-mail me to discuss your ideas in details. Please be aware that commissions or custom orders may take a little longer to dispatch or may cost slightly more if I need to source new materials or spend longer time on them. This will all be communicated to you in a clear, professional and honest manner during our correspondence.
