My Mala's are made slowly and mindfully, bead by bead, using natural gemstones chosen for their healing energy and gentle support.
As a longtime yoga practitioner and yoga teacher, I’ve spent many years studying the meanings, symbolism, and traditions behind Mala beads. I honor the lineage they come from and the way they support meditation, breathwork, and daily presence. This understanding guides both my hands and my heart as I create each piece.
In my home studio, I hand-knot every 108-bead Mala with a rhythm that feels like meditation. The cord moves through my fingers, the gemstones fall into place, and a story begins to take shape — your story. These pieces are not mass-produced or assembled by machines.
