Care instructions
Most of my quilts are not prewashed so you can expect shrinkage of both cotton and cotton batting up to 3% with the first washing. Washing should be done on a gentle delicate slow cycle, cold washing, no bleach, mild detergent, lay flat to dry and tumble every 15 minutes to fluff. Handwashing is highly recommended for optimal care of a quilt.
Sizing details
My quilts are usually not a standardized bed size. The fabric 'speaks' to me telling me just how small or large it wants the quilt to turn out! :)
Many of my quilts are a large throw size although I have made both larger and smaller as well as table topper size. All sizes are listed to the inch in the item description. Because my quilts are bound and finished, I am unable to make them larger, as has been requested many times.
