About

Tucknote: A Story In Progress

What started as a 5-item cat-inspired card shop in February 2015 is now an ever-so-slightly larger, slightly more sophisticated version of itself. I'm continuously thinking up new paper goodies I could make, and there are even some non-paper ideas rattling around in my brain. My orange tabby, Tucker, is the inspiration behind my shop, where I aim to create whimsical home and office supplies, decor, and gifts for cat lovers everywhere.

I am constantly improving Tucknote, whether it be by sourcing higher-quality materials, designing new packaging, or tailoring products to better fit customer needs. After all, YOU are the most important part of my shop!

All products are handmade with care by me, or my mother Amanda, who creates the beautifully hand-woven baskets featured in the shop. Orders are carefully packaged by me and ship worldwide from West Hartford, CT. I take pride in excellent craftsmanship and am 100% committed to customer satisfaction. Frequently asked questions
What kind of customizations do you offer?

The sky's the limit! I can do printing on different colored papers, adding your friend's (or your cat's) name into designs, customizing gift tags, etc.! If you can dream it, I can probably do it. Just ask :)

However, baskets cannot be customized.

Do you offer bundled shipping?

Yes! I have tried to outline where bundled shipping can happen in descriptions, but Etsy doesn't make calculating bundle shipping prices all that easy. If you order more than one thing, I will always fit them into as few packages as possible, and message you with an updated shipping fee. When in doubt, just send me a message!

Can you gift wrap? How much does it cost?

For small items, sure can! That includes paper goods and acrylic pieces. The selection of gift wrap in my arsenal varies, so just message me if you'd like gift wrapping and we'll discuss the details. And guess what -- it's FREE!

For baskets, that would require an additional charge. Send me a message and we'll chat!

What are care instructions for the baskets?

Reed baskets naturally develop stray "hairs" as the reeds age. Remove any hairs with nail scissors, or leave as-is depending on what look you like best!

Keep dyed baskets out of direct sunlight to avoid fading.
