4 out of 5 starsI have not tested item out yet but from what I can see it is a quality machine. Shipping took way to long, I will be hopeful with my next purchases that it doesnt take a month.

Thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed during our holiday period, during which all shipments were delayed — we had announced this in advance with a notice. Under normal circumstances, delivery typically takes around 8 to 15 days, depending on your location, and would not take as long as a month. We appreciate your understanding!

4 out of 5 starsThis tufting tool arrived without any instructions, and at first it seemed unable to create stitches in the three different heights advertised. I contacted the seller several times asking how to adjust the needle position to change the stitch length, but only after 17 days, and after leaving a 1‑star review, I finally receive an answer. I haven't tested this tufting tool sufficiently yet, but it seems to be of good quality and matches the description. Shipping was fast, but the after‑sales support was extremely disappointing.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We have explained and apologized multiple times, and you can also see the holiday notice we posted. We had an 18-day holiday, so when you contacted us, we were unable to respond to any messages promptly. We sincerely apologize again. We have resumed work.

I was a little worried because there were no shipping updates via the etsy app but I was receiving text confirmation via the delivery company. I took a risk and ordered here as the prices were significantly cheaper then my previous supplier. Will be purchasing again. Thank you. #tuftness

Hello, I need to clarify something. We’ve included delivery times and statements in the options and descriptions for each product; packages are typically delivered within 8–15 days. Your request for delivery within 5 days is simply impossible to fulfill, especially since you are unwilling to pay for expedited shipping. This is not due to a lack of stock, but because the time required to prepare the order and ship it makes a 5-day delivery impossible. If you need the machine urgently, please let us know in advance if expedited shipping is possible before making your purchase. Otherwise, it will waste your time and lead to misunderstandings on our part. Thank you again for your praise regarding the quality of the gun after receiving it.
