About the stones and shells
All the stones and shells I use I personally select from the millions that wash up on the beach. These stones and shells are shaped by the natural forces of wind, sand, and waves.
Each stone and shell is unique and one of a kind. I never know what I’ll find so I may not find another like it again. If you see one you like, grab it while you can!
Please note that the colors shown are as accurate as possible, but due to variations in computer monitors and web viewing devices the colors shown on your screen may vary slightly.
Some stones may darken as they’re worn over time from contact with skin. This is a natural patina that makes the stone even more unique to you. However, you may wash the stone by hand with a gentle handsoap and water.
Important information about returns
For items that are returnable:
Send a message to TumbleAndTideJewelry *within 3 days of delivery* to initiate a return (include the reason for your return) AND to receive specific instructions for making a return. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery in the original packaging as you received it. Buyer is responsible for shipping a return. Damaged items are not accepted. Once received, your item will be inspected and your return will be processed accordingly.
TumbleAndTideJewelry is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the mail.
