Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Ground Advantage (unless otherwise noted).
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless you’re notified otherwise.
Sending a gift? I’m happy to ship directly to your recipient! You can include a personalized note—just add the details in the “note to seller” section at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as orders are sent to the address provided.
What happens if my package is lost in the mail?
If you do not request insurance on your package, I cannot issue a refund.
Can I change the shipping address after I’ve placed my order?
Unfortunately, no. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it’s correct.
If the package is RETURNED TO SENDER, what happens?
If a package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping to a new, valid address.
