Custom and personalized orders

Yes! TurtleBossStudio gladly accepts custom or personalized sticker orders. Send us a message with your idea — we’d love to bring it to life if it aligns with our style and shop values. We offer custom designs with three tiers based on design complexity:
• Simple Design + 1 Sticker – $8
• Moderate Design + 1 Sticker – $12
• Complex Design + 1 Sticker – $18+

If your request is more detailed than the tier you selected, We’ll let you know and create a private listing for the difference. All custom orders must be paid in full before we begin making them.

What type of paper do you use for your stickers? Are your stickers waterproof?

Our stickers are printed on white matte sticker paper with permanent adhesive and finished with a clear laminate for added durability.
• Finish: Water-resistant (not waterproof) — protects against light splashes and small moisture.
• Use: Great for laptops, notebooks, planners, phone cases, or water bottles (light use) — not fully waterproof. We recommend avoiding dishwashers or submerging them in water.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the future!

How long will it take to receive my order?

• Regular (non-custom) stickers: Processed within 1–2 business days.
• Custom or personalized stickers: Please allow 5–7 business days for design and proof approval, plus printing time. Shipping begins once you approve the proof.
• Shipping: USPS First Class Mail usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

• Regular stickers: No returns, but exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first if there’s an issue with your order.
• Custom stickers: Because they’re made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your custom order arrives damaged or has a printing issue, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Oh no! If your item arrives damaged, please message us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll help make it right.

What size are your stickers?

Sticker sizes vary by design but are typically around 2”–3” wide. Exact dimensions are listed in each product description.

How much text can I add, and what sizes are available for text-only custom stickers?

To keep your sticker clear and readable, we suggest up to ~18 characters (about 2–4 words). Longer text may shrink to fit and could be harder to read. Stickers come in two sizes:
• Standard (2.3” width): perfect for planners, laptops, or water bottles
• Large (3.0” width): great for visibility on notebooks, packaging, or gift wrapping

Can you make custom designs with copyrighted characters (like Disney, Marvel, anime, etc.)?

I’m not able to recreate or sell designs featuring copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos, or art (for example, Mickey Mouse, Disney’s Up house, or Harry Potter symbols).

However, I can create designs that are inspired by themes or moods — such as a turtle floating with balloons for an “Up-inspired” vibe, or office humor stickers based on your own inside jokes. Think of it as capturing the feeling without directly copying existing characters.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All stickers are packaged in a protective sleeve and mailed in a sturdy envelope to keep them safe. If you’re sending a gift, I can include a simple handwritten note from you (free of charge) — just leave your message at checkout.
