Shipping
All of my individual tutorials are now available for Instant Digital Download. Once your payment has cleared, Etsy will send you an e-mail informing you where you can go to download your PDF tutorials
The file can then be saved on your computer, and you can use your printer to make a copy of the pattern. You will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer in order to read the files. If you don't have Adobe Reader installed on your computer you can download it here: http://www.adobe.com/
If your shipping address is different from your Etsy/billing address, definitely let me know when buying.
I will ship items from Latvia on next working day after your purchase.
Custom works are shipped as soon as possible, usually it takes 2-4 days.
All items are carefully wrapped and shipped in safe bubble envelopes.
I'll send you the tracking number of the package, so you will be able to track your item throughout shipping.
Once shipped, here are possible reception delays, according to Latvian Post:
- EU: up to 1-2 weeks;
- US: up to 2-4 weeks (usually the shipping lasts about 2 weeks, but it can still vary up to 4 weeks, or even more, especially at winter time);
- Everywhere Else: up to 2-6 weeks.
