Our tutus are made to fit a large range of sizes. We do this by using quality elastic that has a comfortable 10" stretch and not skimping on the amount of tulle.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our items being one of a kind and custom made All sales are final except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Defect Must be reported to seller along with photos of the defect within 42 hours of delivery so we can work with you to correct the problem.

If your package is taking longer than expected to be received, please check tracking. This is what I will do if you message me asking where it is. If the package is stalled you can initiate a Missing Mail or Lost Package inquiry.

In accordance with Etsy policies, the seller is not liable for packages marked "Delivered" by the USPS. This is protection for seller against fraudulent claims of undelivered mail in an attempt to get a refund.


#1 - Many times people forget to update their address or an old address is inadvertently used in error. Make sure it was sent to your current address.

#2 -- There is nothing I can do with the USPS to find the package. You'll need to check with neighbors and your local carrier ASAP!

#3 - Check with other family members who may have received the mail.

Yes, because tulle is a shear see through fabric. The tutu will be a little see through. The tutu is sewn with 6+ layers but tulle is whimsical and will blow around in the wind and this can also cause exposure. Our tutus are not meant to be worn as a stand alone skirt but rather a top layer over your choice of under garment.

Please be sure to have an under garment planned to wear with your tutu. We suggest leggings, Spanx type shorts, or a slip.

Etsy has its own system for determining the estimated delivery time that I honestly do not fully understand and have no control over.

Our shop only has control over Processing times. Depending on the item, processing time will vary.
~ Made to order items can take up to 3 weeks to make and process.
~ Ready to ship items can be processed and shipped as soon as 1 day.
PLEASE reach out if you want an accurate processing time as our preset processing times are set for worst case scenario.
