How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
We try to ship all orders within 2 to 5 business days. Please note, I'm unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates as I have no control over the delays due to the postal system once your item has left my hands.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, once the item enters your country your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item.
How long does it take to arrive?
We ship all orders via USPS for USA orders and your local mail carrier for international orders.
You tracking number will be included within your Etsy Order as soon as it is shipped.
Custom and personalized orders
Returns are normally not permitted if you purchase a customized item(s), unless your item arrives damaged or differs from our product listing. Having said that, we do everything we can to ensure that our products satisfy the expectations of our consumers. If an item does arrive with flaws, please notify us within 14 days of delivery so that we can begin a resolution.
Sizing details
While the size of each item is described on each listing, all of our necklaces come with an adjustable chain 18-22 inches.
