What conditions are the cards in?
Near Mint to pack fresh. Cards may have very minor handling marks from sorting, but nothing we'd consider played or damaged. Though older cards may have minor wear.
Will I get duplicates in my card bundles?
On smaller bundles we sort to avoid them. On larger bundles a small number is likely simply due to the volume - each listing states which applies.
Are the cards in the photos the ones I'll receive?
Photos and videos show examples from our stock. Every bundle is put together at random, so yours will contain a different mix.
What's the difference between a holo and reverse holo? (Pokemon)
A reverse holo has the foil finish across the card background; a regular holo has it on the artwork itself. Both are scarcer than standard cards and our all-holo Pokemon bundles contain only these.
What do the Yu-Gi-Oh rarities mean?
Common cards have no foiling at all. A rare has a silver card name but plain non holo artwork.
From there:
- Super Rare: holographic foiling on the artwork
- Ultra Rare: holographic artwork plus a gold foil name
- Secret Rare: a distinctive diagonal rainbow pattern across the artwork
- Platinum Rare: a smooth platinum metallic foil across the card face, without the Secret Rare texture lines
- Gold Rare: gold borders, gold card name and reflective gold foil framing the artwork and text boxes
Our holo bundles are made up of Super Rare and above.
Are the cards in your bundles genuine? (Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic The Gathering)
Yes - every card in our bundles is officially printed and licensed. Nothing in a bundle is a custom print or a counterfeit.
Do you sell proxy or custom cards?
Our bundles contain only genuine, officially printed cards. We also stock a small number of custom proxy decks, which are clearly labelled as such on their own listings - these are unofficial cards intended for casual play, not tournament use.
