It typically takes us 2-6 business days to create and prepare your products for shipment. The production of dog harnesses will take 2 weeks. Once we send the package, the estimated delivery time is also 2-6 days. However, please note that once we hand the package over to the USPS, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive by any specific date.
If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know. We offer rush options during checkout to move your order to the front of the line. Depending on the option you choose, we can ship your order within 1-3 days. After that, the USPS will take several days to deliver it to your doorstep, depending on the shipping method chosen.

Sizing details
To size a collar for your dog, you can either measure the collar your dog is currently wearing or measure your dog's neck directly.
To measure your dog's collar, measure the circumference of the collar. If your collar has a buckle, measure from the end of the prong to the beginning of the buckle on the other end, as the ends overlap when the collar is fastened.
To properly measure your dog's neck for a collar, you will need to use a soft measuring tape. To ensure a proper fit, aim for a snug measurement that allows you to comfortably fit two fingers between the tape measure and your dog's neck. If you choose a Velcro collar and your dog has thick fur, you may want to add an extra inch of leeway to ensure that the collar is not too tight.
Care instructions
You can wash your dog collar by hand, in cold water. Dry flat. If you want the collar to look more even, you can iron it at medium temperature. If the bow part is made from satin material, iron the satin part at low temperature.
Will I get it in time?

Can I attach a leash on these collars?
The collars with Velcro closure are only for decoration and cannot attach to a leash. Some customers use a regular collar or harness underneath it.

Why did my order get canceled?
Typically, I do not cancel orders unless requested by the customer. However, in the event that a customer does not respond to our question about sizing, I may need to cancel the order. We always confirm sizes below 7 inches to ensure that our handmade items fit perfectly and to avoid any issues. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
