Free shipping is sent like letter mail using Etsy’s partner, Pitney Bowes. This service includes a basic QR code label (similar to a stamp) that Etsy calls a “tracking number,” but please note:
• It’s not an official USPS tracking number
• Updates can be delayed or inaccurate
• It can only be viewed on Etsy’s website (not USPS.com)

Orders of 25 pieces or fewer ship without a USPS tracking number unless you choose a shipping upgrade at checkout ($5 for Ground Advantage or $11 for Priority Mail).

If you prefer accurate tracking and faster delivery, we highly recommend upgrading your shipping at checkout.

All of our stickers are designed, printed, laminated, and cut in-house - no outside printers involved! Each one is made by hand with care, and we’re always testing new papers, inks, and materials to ensure the highest quality possible.

We don’t describe our stickers as fully waterproof, but they are water-resistant and made to last! Each sticker has a protective laminate coating that helps guard against light water exposure and everyday wear.

If you’re using them on items like water bottles, we recommend gentle hand washing only and avoiding soaking or running them through the dishwasher to help preserve their quality.

That's okay! Please send us the correct address ASAP, before your order has been shipped out. We usually ship orders next day.

Unfortunately, once it is shipped we are no longer able to adjust the address and recommend reaching out to Etsy Support to assist with a refund for the order and repurchase the item with the proper address.

Yes! If your order says “pre-transit,” rest assured it has been shipped and is on its way.

Sticker orders with free shipping are sent through Etsy’s letter mail system, which doesn’t always update right away. Tracking updates can sometimes take a few days to appear or may only show limited progress - even though your order is already moving through the postal system.

If you’d like more detailed tracking updates in the future, you can upgrade to Ground Advantage or Priority Mail at checkout.

That’s totally normal! Etsy’s shipping labels for flat letter mail (like our sticker envelopes) are processed through a system called Pitney Bowes, not USPS directly.

Because of that, the tracking number only works on Etsy’s website and won’t show up on USPS tracking.

It’s still being delivered by USPS - however the tracking is just limited to Etsy’s system and works similarly to a stamp, so updates can sometimes be a little inconsistent.

Don’t worry, this happens often! Our sticker envelopes ship through Etsy’s Pitney Bowes system, a QR code like "Tracking number" similar to a stamp, which can sometimes mark packages as “delivered” a day early.
This usually means your order has reached your local post office and is being sorted for delivery. In most cases you order will typically arrive the next day.
