Throughout the process, he communicated clearly and consistently, keeping us involved every step of the way. He provided regular updates and made sure we were happy with everything, and offered to make changes if needed. Overall, the communication was great, and the final result was even better. He did a brilliant job with the photos we sent him and captured our little Juno perfectly. We bought it as a present for our sister and she absolutely loved it, even cried at how beautiful Sam’s work was! He painted us all something very special. I would highly recommend Sam for not only his customer service but his truly wonderful talent and skills- an amazing artist!
