I originally ordered one in the wrong colour, but the customer service team were so kind and helpful in guiding me towards a better colour match. They made the process so easy and dispatched the replacement super quickly, which I really appreciated. The bags were so gorgeous when they arrived that I actually ended up gifting the original one to my mum, who absolutely loved it! I’m so impressed with both the quality of the bags and the lovely customer service. I’ll definitely be purchasing again and would highly recommend!
