How can I tell what size my child needs? Do the shirts typically run small?
Toddler sizes do run small, so, you may want to order a size up. Measure one of your child's shirts to make sure it matches up with the sizing chart in the items listing. Returns will not be accepted for size issues.
How early should I order a shirt?
I would say to start planning a month in advance. It's never to early to order and have all your ducks in a row. Waiting could put you in a long line and you'd have to pay for a RUSH or Priority shipping.
Does this store create family packages?
Yes. Family packages of shirts with varying characters are available. Please plan ahead, so I can get all the sizes and colors we need. Cruises, theme parks, family reunions, and birthday parties are a lot more fun with themed shirts for the family. Discounts and shipping discount available. Message me with questions.
What is the difference between a Unisex shirt and a Girls Cut Shirt?
Girls cuts are leaner and trimmed to fit the body better. Usually , the shirts I use have capped sleeves, and/or a scallop trim on sleeve. Unisex is a basic tee used for both girls and boys.
What is the Raglan Baseball Tee?
It is a 3/4 sleeve I use for cooler weather. I have white with pink sleeves or white with gray sleeves. They are a cotton poly blend and very soft. There is a $3 uncharge for this shirt. Big you forget to order it in the listings drop down menu, please order the separate listing in my store and send me a message to update your order.
Why is my order late, missing info, or wrong size, age?
The only way this would happen is with a failure to communicate on the buyers part. Once the order is completed, check back to see if I had to confirm dates, colors, sizes, spelling, etc. For instance, this week, I had a customer ask for two shirts to be done in a week without paying for a RUSH. I've sent three messages in 4 days. No reply.communication is key!
What is stabilizer?
The stabilizer on the inside of the shirt is a vital part of preserving your embroidery. Without the stabilizer, your shirt will pucker and be unwearable. My designs are very detailed and I have chosen the stabilizer that best preserves the design of your shirt. Most children are not bothered by stabilizer, but if your child is super-sensitive, simply layer your shirt with an undershirt or tank top to protect the skin.
