5 out of 5 starsJust opened my wedding cake topper from Sammy today. They are just amazing and I can’t wait to see in situ on the wedding day! I gave Sammy an epic task to craft 11 figures and a wedding arch - but she rose to the challenge. Communication throughout was regular and friendly. If you are looking for a fabulous and caring seller who delivers a great product - you should definitely use Sammy and Two Kissing Fish.

5 out of 5 starsMy cake topper is absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to see it on my wedding cake in May. The attention to detail is perfect. Communication was outstanding, and I was kept updated all through the process. Delivery was great with the item well packaged. Would definitely recommend.

Seller was very helpful in making sure the product was customised as I wished and very much pulled it off. I can’t wait to give my sister and brother-in-law (to be) this gift!

The figures honestly are amazing and I’m very grateful of the lil gift I honestly am in awe 💗 When I saw the pictures before delivery that were sent I was in tears Really look forward to it taking pride of place on our wedding cake. A marvellous representation of our family so perfectly crafted! THANKYOU!!!!

Cake topper processing time : 6/8 weeks
Greeting card processing time : 1 week
Royal Mail 2nd Class postage is used for all orders
Royal Mail 1st Class postage is used for greeting cards

I accept no responsibility if you have misspelt a name or a word in your message, although I do try my very best to confer with you that spellings are correct.
Peg People/cake toppers
All photos sent in for personalisation purposes will be disposed of once the order is complete and has arrived with you
Your photos will in no circumstances be shared with any third parties
Once your cake toppers have been finished I will confer with you any changes to be made so you are perfectly happy before the final bake and dispatch
After Approval photos are sent they will be baked and glued down (if required) NO changes can be made after you have approved your cake topper
Customisation needs (outfits, hair colour etc) must be sent ASAP, any delays in this take up processing time and could end up with your cake toppers arriving after the dispatch date
If I haven't had a reply to customisation request messages within 14 days I will have no choice but to cancel your order and offer a refund minus an admin fee of £25.00
Cancellations on cake toppers after 14 days will be refunded minus a £25 admin fee, Peg work and administration will have started by this point and so my time will need reimbursing
Cake topper orders are processed by wedding date not order date, I may have to mark your order as complete even if your cake toppers haven't been made, this is just for admin purposes and your cake topper will be made before your wedding date
No Refund policy on personalised pegs unless they arrive damage, proof of damage will be needed upon request
Our Cake Toppers are extremely delicate, sometimes small parts may fall off during transit, please note that to overcome this issue the bouquet will be overloaded so this will not be noticeable
No refunds on customised products unless they are faulty, responsibility for correct sizing is that of the customer
Refunds available on faulty products, proof required
