All my orders are being dispatched within my advertised processing times. However, please be aware that there are still severe postal delays in some areas, with the vast surge in items being posted, plus illness and self isolation amongst Royal mail staff. This has shown in delivery times, as some customers are receiving next day, whilst others are experiencing 15 working days between postage and delivery. The receipt of orders once posted is beyond my control. Proof of postage is always obtained for all orders.

Please be ware that personalised goods unless faulty CANNOT be returned. If any damage is caused in transit, it's important that the item and all packaging is photographed and retained. Photographic evidence will be needed for me to submit a claim with the carrier.
Non personalised goods can be returned. The buyer has up to 14 days from receipt of goods to advise that they want to return and then another 14 days to return the goods. Buyer pays return postage/courier. Buyer should obtain proof of postage.
Once the goods are back with me and are in an unused and re-saleable condition, a refund will be issued.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct and complete address is given for the order. No responsibility will be taken by the seller for goods posted to an address which is incorrect, incomplete or not current.

The ship by date, is the latest date that the goods will leave me, shipping times are only estimates. Parcels can be held up by customs, which is beyond my control.

The buyer is responsible for any customs charges arising from the purchase.

Whilst I do not accept returns for personalised goods. If for any reason a parcel needs to be returned, it's important that it's CLEARLY MARKED AS A RETURN, otherwise it can be subject to a customs charge, If a custom charge is levied because of a failure on the buyers part to clearly mark the parcel, any customs charge will be deducted from the refund.

All of my international packages over the value of £10 are sent tracked, this enables me to check the status and whereabouts of the parcel. This protects both myself and the buyer.
