Yes! There are 2 ways to know. I can make a quick and dirty digital render of your engagement ring along with one of my designs. All you have to do is to provide me with all the dimensions of your engagement ring (the size of each stone if any, how high they sit above your finger, the width and thickness of the band etc.)

Or, you can purchase a prototype from me for $45 and a resin version of your ring in the size you require will be made for you. If you do decide to purchase a precious metal version, this $45 can be credited toward this purchase (Please note: This credit cannot be applied on the metal version if it is on sale nor can you stack coupons).

Yes, 14K and 18K white gold can be made without nickel, just privately message me and I'll create a private listing for you (if it is not already a material option in the drop down).

No I do not plate my white gold with rhodium. Rhodium gives white gold a stark white look that you may be familiar with in commercially available designs. I work out of my home and choose to not work with chemicals. But if you prefer the brilliant white look of rhodium, then I would suggest the nickel free white gold (especially in 18K), the brightness of the color stands the test of time in my opinion.

If you have an engagement ring in white gold already and like to match, you can take my ring to a local jeweler to have them white rhodium plated. This is an extra step but it ensures that they match in color.

Yes! The casting house I use here in NYC are master casters with years of experience. They have in their portfolio colors such as green, brown, and blond. Message me and I can show you how they look.

It really depends. My designs are mostly made to order with some designs being very delicate. So I don't stamp in the traditional sense. I usually do any sort of engraving/stamping during the 3D printing stage of the wax, so message me to find out if your design can be engraved/hallmark stamped.

All buyers initiating a return/exchange will be responsible for return postage and shipping insurance with tracking. Please message me to initiate the process so I know to expect your package. If no tracking number was provided and the package was lost in transit, I will not be able to honor your refund. Upon receipt of your item(s), a refund will be provided to you after inspection of the item(s) to ensure that it is in its original condition and a video of the return box unboxing will be recorded as evidence should there be any dispute. If it is for an exchange, I will then re-make your item and same time frame will apply to the new item so please keep that in mind.

All packages I sent out are tracked and insured either thru Etsy or by me. If a package was lost, reach out to let me know, contact the courier, then follow the process outlined by Etsy Support.

For non U.S. buyers, any import tax/VAT are the buyer's responsibility. If all attempts were made by your local post office to deliver the package and was not successful (either you have refused receipt or the address you have provided was not deliverable), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from my refund to you if the package was returned to me. Insurance claims will need to be filed after the wait time period has passed if the package was destroyed by your local post office before any refund can be issued.
