Shipping Information

We aim to ship your item as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days. The cost of shipping includes all packaging materials and postage. Please understand that this can add weight to an item as many of our objects are fragile and need to be carefully wrapped so damage does not occur in transit. We will, where possible, use recycled materials in order to contribute to a sustainable planet and keep costs down.

With shipping, we will endeavour to use whichever postal service is offering the cheapest postage in order to keep your costs to a minimum. This will generally be Royal Mail and MyHermes but could include other couriers. If you would prefer a particular service please tell us and we will do our best to arrange this and adjust the postage. If you live overseas we usually use Royal Mail Parcelforce.

In reference to international orders, please ensue before making your order, that you check your purchase is a permitted item into your country. Please also be aware that you are responsible for any custom fees that maybe due on delivery and are the buyers sole responsibility.
All items we send abroad include a signed for service.

All our items are sent uninsured, untracked and are not signed for, so if you want it delivered with these added on can you please indicate this in your communications. However, this will add to the overall cost of shipping. Sometimes these services are automatically included in the cost; we will inform you if this is the case.

If you purchase more than one item we are happy to combine postage but you need to indicate this before buying so we can adjust the shipping price.

Please be aware that the items we sell in our shop are vintage and will consequently have some age and wear - this is often what gives them their charm. However, we have done our best to describe any cracks, chips and flaws. The information we have used in their descriptions is accurate to the best of our ability, having been sourced through the internet. Please contact us if we have made any errors.
We live in Southampton and London and items can sometimes be collected in person by arrangement.
