I ordered the custom pillow case w/ the insert, and the insert could have been a bit larger to puff out/fill up the pillow a bit more. Item ships from Turkey. When I ordered it, delivery date was listed as June 26-29. Item arrived July 2.

5 out of 5 starsI love my pillow so much! The seller was fantastic to work with. I appreciate that they create a mock up of the work. They are going to do and get your approval before they begin working. In my case, we were able to adjust the font size a bit so I got just what I wanted. It was promptly shipped and the craftsmanship is very good. There is no puckering or skipped stitches. It is just what I wanted.
