Please include your order number and the name on your order so we can properly assist you.

• A few thoughtful details:
• Photos can be shared at any time, before or after your order is placed
• We work with most file types, though JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF provide the most beautiful results

-Does my photo work for my order?
For the best results on hat toppers, check the photo guidelines in the listing (usually slide 5 or 6). If your order doesn’t include a hat, no worries almost any photo will work!

• LOGOS/ MONOGRAMS |
For the best results, send your file in any of the following types:
JPG, JPEG, PNG, SVG and PDF. Please make sure they are high quality and non-pixelated.

Do I need to crop or remove the background from my photo?

No need to crop or remove the background! Just send your full photo, and we’ll handle all the cropping, background removal, and editing on our end.

• Can you fix blurry or low-quality photos?
Unfortunately, we are unable to enhance the quality of low-resolution or blurry photos. For best results, please upload a clear, high-quality image.

• How is my photo used?
Each photo is thoughtfully handled by our in-house team and used solely to design your piece. We do not use AI to alter your images or share them with any outside parties. Your photos are never sold or reused. We treat every image with the highest level of care and respect for your privacy.

► PROOFS

FACE PRODUCTS | & NON-FACE PRODUCTS
• Do you provide proofs before printing?
To keep your order moving smoothly, we don’t send proofs automatically. Each design is created using the exact details provided in your personalization.
If you’d like to review your design before production, you may add a proof for a small fee. This covers the additional time and care taken to thoughtfully prepare your design for approval ✨
If there is ever a production error on our end, please reach out to us, we’ll always be happy to make it right.

Each order is thoughtfully custom-crafted and typically prepared within 1–3 business days.


• DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery timelines vary based on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout.
If you’re working with a specific event date, feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to check if a rush option is available.
You can also add our Rush Order upgrade, which prioritizes your order to ship the same day or next business day (Monday–Friday) when placed within our processing window.

► RETURNS

• Can I return my item?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you experience any issues with your order, please feel free to contact us. We’re always happy to help.

► SHIPPING

•What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll gladly update the address for you.
If it has already shipped, we’ll still be happy to help reroute or resend your order, though additional shipping costs may apply

•What happens if my package is returned to sender?
We kindly ask that all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll be happy to resend it, with additional shipping costs applied.

If the return was due to a postal error, we’ll guide you through the next steps to file a claim.

► DELAYS

•Will my order be delayed if I don’t respond to messages?
To keep your order on schedule, timely responses are important. If photos or required details are not received, we’re unable to begin production, and delays may occur.
If we need to confirm any details, your order will be placed on hold until we hear back, allowing us to proceed with care and accuracy.
