Printed Items:
Most items are available to be printed and shipped. Please review each listing for print and ship availability.

Digital Files include options to:
• Print at home
• Print at a local print shop (or Staples, Office Max, etc...)
• Upload your files to an online print shop

Printed Items:
Printed items will be shipped directly to you.

Digital Files:
You will receive a link to download your files.
Files must be downloaded within 7 days or fee may incur.

Digital downloads vary and may or may not include the following type of files. Please review the listing to confirm the type of file(s) included with your purchase.
• JPG 300 dpi
• PDF with crop marks (for printing at a print shop)
• PDF without crop marks.
• 2UP - Two prints on 8.5" x 11" US letter sized PDF (For easy printing at home) *Only available for orders 5"x7" or smaller.

Please be sure to include details/information when purchasing items.

Printed Items:
Approved/final files will be sent to the printer within 1 business day after approval is received. Please allow 3 business days for production before your items are shipped. Changes cannot be made after approval is received for printed items. ***Please review your proof carefully before approving.***

Custom Digital Orders:
You will receive a proof within 1-2 business days. Once approved you will receive a link to download your files, finalizing the design. There is an additional fee for changes AFTER you have received the link to download your files.

Proofs:
2 rounds of proofs are included. Additional changes will incur a fee of $12 per proof.

The colors you see on the screen may differ slightly from the printed version as all monitors and printers are different. A test print is recommended before approving final files.

Printed Items:
Approved/final files will be sent to the printer within 1 business day after approval is received. Please allow 3 business days for production before your items are shipped. Digital Files:
You will receive all files for custom digital orders in a link. Please download all files within 7 days. After 7 days, the link will expire and the files will no longer be available.

An additional fee will be charged if the files need to be resent after the 7 days have expired.

An additional fee will be charged if changes are requested AFTER the link is sent to the customer.

A fee will be charged if the customer requests changes AFTER files are approved and/or files are sent to the customer through a link to download. Please ensure you are happy with the design and no further changes need to be made before approving design, to avoid an additional fee.
