Unfortunately when we received the gift, the notes were not the song that we had requested, I messaged the seller and she was so kind and sent a replacement immediately Life happens, but it is incredibly evident that this seller takes pride and care in what they produce! I’d order again for sure ! As for the actual product, fantastic quality and feels very luxurious. Thank you so much again!

This was for my 1st wedding anniversary. She offered to send me a new one immediately despite this being my fault. That is probably the best customer service I have ever gotten!
