All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated Royal Mail delivery times:

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few extra days as postal delays can occur.

Royal Mail requires 14 working days after the due date before a 1st or 2nd Class item is considered lost.

If your order has not arrived after this period, please contact me and I will offer either:

A replacement, or

A refund (minus original postage costs)

I’m unable to issue refunds or replacements before this timeframe has passed.
