When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated Royal Mail delivery times:
2nd Class: 2 - 5 working days
1st Class: 1 - 3 working days

Are Etsy’s estimated delivery dates guaranteed?
No.
Delivery dates shown by Etsy are automatically generated estimates. Once your order has been dispatched and handed to Royal Mail, delivery is outside of my control.
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few extra days as postal delays can occur.
Royal Mail requires 14 working days after the due date before a 1st or 2nd Class item is considered lost.
If your order has not arrived after this period, please contact me and I will offer either:
A replacement, or
A refund (minus original postage costs)
I’m unable to issue refunds or replacements before this timeframe has passed.
