1 out of 5 starsThis feels like a scam. There's no step by step guide on how to edit information, instead you'll have to reach out to the seller. It's too hassle because you are asked to create a Canva account. This should have been a smooth, quick and easy edit of info in the invite and should not have required any additional account creation on different site. My order was time sensitive but seller did not respond ASAP and had no plans on giving refund.

hello, please read the full description of anything that you order online. All of my shop policies are included in each item description. In this case, it is stated that you needed a Canva account (which is free) in order to download your template. I responded back to you within 3 hours of you messaging me at 11pm my time. At 2:30am I responded to you, while on my way to have a C Section and deliver my baby. please do not continue posting reviews on small business shops if you don’t read the description of the items you are purchasing. Your reviews have bigger impacts than just hurting a sellers feelings by your own negligence.

1 out of 5 starsThe seller used premium designs from Canva so you will be unable to download to print without paying for your own Canva account. This is extremely misleading. When contacted, the seller refused to refund my money even though she was aware of this already.

I offered you 3 different resolutions to your issue and you did not take any of them before you posted this review. option 1: to sign up for Canva pros free trial, download your invitation, and then immediately desctivare your account option 2: you can edit your invitation completely and screenshot it to your cell phone so you can use it however you would like after this (this includes being able to print) option 3: I would completely do your invitation for you and send it to you completely done through a download that you would be able to use without having to do either option 1 or option 2.

3 out of 5 starsSeller used graphics that were exclusive to Canva Pro, not the free version. I had to do a free trial of Pro in order to download my image with no watermark. Then had to go back and cancel the subscription. Frustrating. Seller advised a couple times to screenshot the image, but I don’t think she understood the Canva watermarks would still be visible. Cute invitation, just a hassle.
