5 out of 5 starsTyson's Magic Mallet is lovely to look at and is so finely crafted! A friend asked if I plan to use it and the answer is, "Yes!" It might be an art piece but I think it'll patina beautifully with use. If you follow Tyson on Instagram, you know what a nice guy he is and the care he takes in selecting the wood species that will complement one another. My mallet shipped the next morning and arrived in three days, nicely packaged and in perfect condition. You can't go wrong with a Magic Mallet!

5 out of 5 starsI was fortunate enough to snag one of Tyson's infamous Magic Mallets before they all sold out in less than 20 minutes! The craftsmanship and quality are unbelievable! It is really fun to follow Tyson's Instagram feed where you can see behind the scenes videos of the mallets being built!

5 out of 5 starsI was very excited to be able to purchase this Magic Mallet from Tyson. I had been wanting one for a while but knew how quickly they sold out. The mallet was even better than pictured. It is a real piece of art and something I am proud to have in my shop and show off.

5 out of 5 starsLike I said in the other review, I couldn't be happier with the quality and craftsmanship of these mallets. They are both currently sitting on my dresser while I figure out the best place to display them. The best part is, they're beautiful enough to display but are sturdy enough to actually use. Win win! If you get lucky enough to order anything from him, don't miss the opportunity!

Care instructions
Magic Mallets: Each of my joiner's mallets are simply finished with boiled linseed oil. You may find that over time the mallet may appear dry and need another rub down with oil to bring back that shine. Simply apply more boiled linseed oil to the mallet and allow time to dry (be sure follow all product directions for application and clean up).
Cutting Boards: In order to avoid the every day effects of water and heat on your cutting board (such as drying, cracking and warping), all boards require periodic conditioning with mineral oil or beeswax conditioner in order to protect them.
