I'm Ivan, a finance officer in Scotland with over 25 years' experience in finance.

UKLifeSorted started with two things I kept seeing. Most budget templates are American, so they miss what UK households pay: Council Tax, TV Licence, energy bills, Universal Credit. And people new to the UK struggle most with the simplest tasks: phoning the GP, the bank or the council, and making sense of official letters.

So I make tools for both. Budget spreadsheets built for UK bills and UK money, and English–Ukrainian guides for everyday admin. I speak English, Ukrainian and Russian, and I know how much a clear phrase can help on a nervous phone call.

I use AI tools to help design the products. Then I check every formula and test every file myself, and every Ukrainian line is checked by a fluent speaker.
